My wife and I wanted to find for ourselves a very particular tatami bed which we had had the pleasure of sleeping on in a friend's apartment in Paris. After considerable searching of many potential web sites, it looked as though Crane and Turtle might have something similar -- whereupon there started a long and fruitful correspondence between the two of us regarding dimensions, floor clearance, wood stain colors, shipping venues, delivery dates, under-bed storage drawers, and more. At every juncture you went out of your way to provide answers, locate inventory from diverse suppliers, and arrange for delivery of EXACTLY what we had been hoping to find.
